💰 Kitten Pricing:

• $2,000 – Scottish Straight

• $2,500 – Scottish Fold

• $2,800–$3,000 – Scottish Straight with blue eyes or rare odd-colored eyes

Each kitten is priced based on coat, ear type, eye color, and rarity.

🧬 Health Guarantee: We proudly offer a five-year genetic health guarantee covering 35 DNA-tested hereditary conditions. (Read the Full Health Guarantee Agreement.)

🩺 Veterinarian check-up: Each kitten receives a thorough health examination to ensure they are healthy and ready for their new home.

💉 Initial two FVRCP vaccines: Ensures your kitten is protected against common feline diseases.

💉 Rabies vaccine: Administered at 4 months old to ensure your kitten is protected.

🐾 Spay or neuter: Early spaying or neutering helps prevent future health issues and unwanted behaviors. (Kittens must be at least 90 days old and weigh 3 pounds for the procedure.)

🪳 Deworming: Keeps your kitten healthy and free from parasites.

🧼 Litter training: Each kitten is trained to use the litter box, making them easier to care for.

🐱 Scratch pad trained: Encourages positive scratching behavior and protects your furniture.

🏡 House broken and well-socialized: Our kittens are acclimated to home life, house broken, and well-socialized to ensure they are friendly, loving, and ready to form strong bonds with their new family. Did you know? Holding and cuddling your kitten as early as 2-3 weeks of age provides the best socialization, helping them grow into well-adjusted, loving companions.

📜 TICA registration papers: Provides proof of pedigree and breed recognition.

📹 Video call available before and after reservation: Get to know your future kitten firsthand before committing. Also available after booking upon request.

❤️ Lifetime Support: We offer lifelong support from our cattery to ensure your kitten thrives in its new home.

🩺 Health Guarantee Summary

• 48-Hour Vet Check: Buyer must visit a vet within 48 hours. If diagnosed with a congenital or hereditary issue, a refund or replacement is available (see agreement for terms).

• 72-Hour FIP Guarantee: If diagnosed with FIP within 72 hours (with necropsy report), kitten will be replaced.

• 5-Year Genetic Guarantee: Covers 35+ DNA-tested conditions (like HCM, PKD, PRA). Valid for 5 years or until cattery closure.
